Mighty Boosh’s Noel Fielding & Dave Brown to debut their new DJ act ‘Doctor and the Pencil’

One of the latest additions to the line up is mysterious Mighty Boosh DJ project The Doctor and The Pencil.  The blood-smeared doctor (Fielding) will ‘be released’ from The Sunnyvale Institution for the Criminally Insane along with his fellow lead-filled inmate (Brown), for their debut set at Macmillan’s Brick Lane Takeover.

Other artists recently joining them on the BLT line up include electro hip hop duo Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip, synthpop Londoners Filthy Dukes (DJ set), Indie pop rock Scots The Xcerts, singer/songwriter Dave House, surf pop heroes The Good The Bad and punk’n'roll Watford rockers Blackhole

You can also expect some alternative riff-heavy indie from 12 Dirty Bullets, gruff punk rock from Spy Catcher and alternative psychedelic folk from Magic & Fur.  Providing the post punk jagged anthems will be The Dead Formats and there will also be some Irish tinged folk from John Lillis.
